The Egg Shop

This weekend I went to one of my favorite brunch spots, the Egg Shop! This cute but very small restaurant is located in one of my favorite places in the city, Nolita! On the weekends it can take about an hour to get a table because of how popular it is. But everything that is offered at the restaurant has some form of egg in it. All their eggs are either perfectly scrambled or fried which makes any dish you decide to get taste so good. One of the other things they offer is something called a "Brunchinks" which is a munchkin covered in cinnamon and Carmel sauce. Everything is so well presented which helps make taking the perfect Instagram so easy! Because it is in such a small space and you can always expect there to be a wait since reservations for brunch is only in person, I suggest going on a weekday and not a weekend. Also by the way, if you didn't realize they specialize in egg foods, so if you don't like eggs you probably won't like this restaurant.
