Coney Island

This week in New York has been our first official taste of winter. From weather being at the lowest in the 30's Fahrenheit and the first snowfall of the year, it's officially time to start dreaming of where to escape to warm weather, even if it's only in my head.
When I think back to a time where I could venture outside without a coat and my only worry was if I had enough money to get an iced coffee, I think of the day I took a trip down to Coney Island in Brooklyn, right off the last Q train stop.
Getting to Coney Island was a trek, after about 45 minutes on the train, my two friends and I were ready to jump off an adventure to the amusement park and beach area. Be on the lookout for who you'll see there, as when I was there my friends and I noticed we were walking right next to Brooklyn Beckham, David and Victoria Beckham's eldest son, pretty cool.
We had our phones out the whole time as there were so many potential photo opportunities to take. From pictures with the Ferris wheel in the background, standing in front of Nathan's hot dog restaurant, and at the pier at the end of the area. In just a few short hours of being at Coney Island, you will be sure to see a diverse amount of people and culture, all in one place.
Come to the fun amusement park, weird people, sick picture opportunities, and a lot of fun to run into.
